High-quality items and great service!

I bought the Deck the Heretic Christmas Bundle for my husband and he loves it! All of the items are high-quality, and we were not disappointed by the variety. Some people were upset about the delay, but it was caused by a hurricane, so it should not reflect on the company. Both of the guys who communicated with me were extremely helpful, kind, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend 1689 and their merchandise. 10/10.

Could Have Been Better

I ordered the Advent Calendar for my husband for Christmas. I was expecting to give it to him on Dec 1. I did the pre-order and was hopeful it would arrive in time. I did receive an email from the company that said it should ship by the end of November, which.. I guess was ok but made me think, why offer a product for Advent if I’m not going to receive in time for Advent? Anyway, I did not receive the product until a full month after I ordered it. We finally received the product and there was no calendar to go with the items to tell us what they were and there was no packing list either. So the things that weren’t cigars we didn’t know what they were and ended up on the website trying to figure it out. There were several cigars and I’m happy he got those. There were some other non cigar things that were useful and things that were ok like trinket things. Everything seemed to be good quality. Customer service was good. Overall, I wouldn’t order this again.
